It is with deep regret that IIT Guwahati shares the unfortunate news of the death of a male student on campus on 1st November 2023. The institute has cooperated with the police authorities and the medical report has confirmed that the cause of death was natural.
The immediate family members of the deceased were informed and have arrived. We extend our deepest condolences to them during this difficult time.
