In India, there is a significant number of persons engaged in mobile vending including food vending ones and provides livelyhood to large number of persons. However these vending cart are of non-standard design and locally made that has the shortcomings of poor hygiene.

Work was initiated to design 2 and 4 wheel mobile vending cart to cater to this decentralised sector.

One 4 wheel vending cart for traditional Indian food to be served as fast food was designed and released in the market that received good response.

Another 2 wheel push cart was also designed and an enterpreneur implemented it in the limited way in the market.
