<p>Dr. Arti Omar Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG), India. Prior joining to IITG, she was as Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance, FLAME School of Business, FLAME University Pune. Before transitioning to academia, she worked in the financial industry as an Assistant Vice President at Barclays Ltd. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with a specialization in Finance, with a particular focus on Credit Risk Modelling, from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. She completed her MBA and B.Tech (Information Technology) from ABV�Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), Gwalior. She has published several research papers in peer-reviewed journals and has presented her work at numerous international conferences. Her teaching and research interests include Corporate Finance, Investment and Capital Markets, Risk Management and Analytics, Quantitative Finance, and Financial Econometrics.</p>
