  • An Indian Patent was granted to our Physics scholars Sanjoy Sur Roy, Koushik Ghosh, M. Meyyappan and Prof. P. K. Giri for the invention "AN ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE SHIELDING FILM WITH HIGH GREEN INDEX".
  • Prof. Sunil Khijwania and PhD student Fatima Banoo (PhD) published "Localized Surface Plasmon Resonance based Novel Optical Fiber Arsenic Ion Sensor Employing Al2O3/GO Nanocomposite" in Applied Optics, highlighted as "Cost-effective tool for household arsenic monitoring."
  • Ms. Mouli Roy Chowdhury (PhD) received the Best Poster Award at the 16th IEEE-AIP Joint Conference on Magnetism and Magnetic Materials & Intermag (MMM-Intermag 2025), New Orleans, USA, Jan 13-17, along with a cash prize of USD 100.
