Rules and regulation for school/college/university/organization exposure visit to IIT Guwahati

1.All visits must be approved in advance by Outreach Education Program. Institution should submit their visit reuquest at least two weeks before the desired date.

2.A maximum of 60 students and 5 guide/faculty/staff per group is allowed. Institutions must ensure an appropriate number of accompanying guide/staff to manage the students.

3.Institution are permitted to visit a maximum of three departmens/sections during a single visit.

4.Visitors are expected to arrive on time as per the scheduled visit. Delay may result in a shortened tour or cancellation.

5.Visitor must maintain discipline and respect campus facilities followed by security section instructions. Any disruptive behaviour may result in the termination of the visit.

6.Certain areas of the campus , including specefic labs and research facilities, may be restricted. Visitors must adhere to the guidlines provided by the IITG staff/security.

7. Photography or videography may be limited or prohibited in certain areas. Please respect these restrictions and ask for permission if unsure.

8. After the visit, institution are encouraged to provide fedback to help us improve furture visit.
