Mr. Aayush Thakur, CEO and Co-Founder of fr8relay and Kavya Labs, an alumnus of IIT Guwahati from the 2010 batch and currently based in the U.S., was invited to give an inspiring talk titled "Beyond a Degree: Crafting a Career, Facing Challenges, and Shaping Your Future."
Mr. Thakur, the recipient of the prestigious Young Alumni Achiever Award 2024, met with Prof. Devendra Jalihal, Director, IIT Guwahati, during his visit. In their discussion, he expressed a strong desire to help build a more robust alumni network between the institute and its students.
His talk, co-organized by the Alumni & External Relations office and the Association of Civil Engineers, delved into his entrepreneurial journey, highlighting the challenges he faced and offering insights into building a successful career beyond academic achievements.
