• Received the DST Travel Grant in 2012 to attend the 11th International Symposium on Process Systems Engineering held at Singapore
• Recipient of the NVIDIA Hardware Request grant
• Financial grant from Microsoft Research Lab India Private Limited for two students to present research work at IEEE-WCCI held at Vancouver, Canada
• Financial grant from IEEE for PhD Student to present research work at IEEE-WCCI held at Vancouver, Canada
• Recepient of R. G. Manudhane Ph.D. Student Excellence Award: Best Ph.D. Thesis Prize in Chemical Engineering for the year 2009-2010 Awarded by the Chemical Engineering Department, IIT Bombay.
• Recipient of "Dr. A.V. Rama Rao Foundation's Best Ph.D. Thesis and Research Award in Chemical Engineering / Technology" for the year 2011 from Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers (IIChE).
• Received the DST Travel Grant in 2008 to attend FOCAPO 2008 held at Boston, USA
