We study the basics of water oxidation and reduction by introducing the modified concepts that we understood by natural photosynthesis such as morphologies, Z-scheme, energy transfers, etc. Additionally, we examine the surface chemistry (for its defects or no defects !) and its implications in terms of passive and active components on the surface

We study the basics of electrochemistry involved in supercapacitors / batteries via morphology, electronic structure modifications as well as influence of external factors such as magnetic and electrical field impact in the performance matrix
