Accomodation / Food
For Participants from TEQIP Mapped Institutions
- Free accommodation in the student hostels.
- Accommodation can be arranged on campus guest house (subjected to availability) on a self payment basis of Rs. 375/day/person.
- Rooms will be allotted on sharing basis (Normally 2 persons per room).
- Accommodation will be provided only to the participants.
- The duration of stay would be: Course Period + One day prior + Two days after (That is, May 29 to June 5, 2016).
- Break fast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on the course days (That is, May 30 to June 3, 2016).
For Participants from Non-TEQIP Institutions (Government/ Aided Colleges)
- Free accommodation in the student hostels.
- Rooms will be allotted on a sharing basis (Normally 2 persons per room).
- Accommodation will be provided only to the participants.
- The duration of stay would be: Course Period + One day prior + Two days after (That is, May 29 to June 5, 2016).
- Lunch will be provided on the course days along with other participants.(That is, May 30 to June 3, 2016).
- Breakfast and Dinner can be taken from the respective hostel messes by paying a nominal charge (approx Rs. 50/day).
- They can also dine from other canteens and restaurants available in the campus.
For Participants from Non-TEQIP Mapped Institutions (Private Colleges)
- A course fee of Rs. 2000/- is applicable.
- Free accommodation in the student hostels.
- Rooms will be allotted on a sharing basis (Normally 2 persons per room).
- Accommodation will be provided only to the participants.
- The duration of stay would be: Course Period + One day prior + Two days after (That is, May 29 to June 5, 2016).
- Break fast, lunch, and dinner will be provided on the course days (That is, May 30 to June 3, 2016).
