About RSF - EEE

Research Scholars Forum - Electronics & Electrical Engineering (RSF-EEE) is an official student body conceived to accomplish the needs of research scholars. The challenges and hurdles of research life can only be well perceived by fellow research scholars and faculty members as they have already passed through this phase. Thereby, evolution of this forum aims to bridge a gap between the scholars and faculties to work together with better co-ordination.

Major objectives of RSF -EEE are to develop strong co-ordination among research scholars and showcase research activities of our department to improve the soft-skills of research scholars and also reconnecting with the alumnus.

    EEE News


    • Prof. Rakhesh Singh Kshetrimayum became the faculty advisor of CCD (Centre for Career Development).
    • Prof. Arun Kumar of CARE, IIT Delhi was invited to deliver a talk on "Acoustic Vector Sensors and related Signal Processing for Air and Underwater Applications".
    • Eshan Bhargava, a current Senior Undergraduate in Engineering Physics, was invited by Cepstrum to deliver an institute level talk on "Guidelines for CAT preparation".
    • Mr. Amit Kumar Baghel published a patent on "Parabolic pyramidal horn antenna". He also won the Gandhian young technological innovation (GYTI) 2018 award for the project titled "Feasibility Study of Wireless Power Transfer using Metamaterial" from Honorable President of India in Rashtrapati Bhawan, New Delhi on March 19, 2018.
    • Dr. Brajesh Rawat, a former PhD scholar from our department got an offer letter from IIT Ropar for the post of Assistant Professor.
