Presently, I have started my research work which is based on microbes immobilized on nanoparticles for biosorption of heavy metals (basically As, Cd and Pb) and their real time application on contaminated sites. The study will further focus on proteomics analysis of the metal stressed microbes, which can be utilized for fabrication of a biosensor to detect metals in the contaminated sample.
