Submit your APC application directly on the official ONOS portal. Register with your IIT Guwahati email ID to begin the process.

Submit your manuscript to any of the 426 ONOS-eligible journals. Proceed through peer review. Inform publisher after acceptance that APC will be paid by INFLIBNET Centre.
Visit onos.gov.in/apc. Register with your IIT Guwahati institutional email. Fill in article details, author information, and contribution declaration. Download the generated PDF.
Print the Declaration of Author's Contribution. Collect signatures from all co-authors and the Dean of Academic Research (IIT Guwahati signing authority for HoI endorsement).
Go to Existing Submissions on the portal → click Pending status → upload the signed declaration, acceptance email/letter, and publisher APC invoice. The Nodal Officer at Lakshminath Bezbaroa Central Library will be notified automatically and will verify and approve on the portal.
After Nodal Officer approval, INFLIBNET reviews and pays the APC directly to the publisher within approximately 15–20 working days. You will receive an email notification once payment is made. After article publication, confirm publication on the ONOS portal.
