Steps to Register:
- Download the Application Form.
- Scan and e-mail (cfe.iitg@gmail.com) the duly filled and signed/ endorsed application form along with scanned copy of DD (if required).
- Duly filled and signed/ endorsed hardcopy application form with original DD to be sent (latest by 10th Dec, 2019) by post to:
Dr. Sougata Karmakar, Department of Design, IIT Guwahati, Guwahati-781039, Assam.
- Last Date of Receiving Filled registration form (Hardcopy) & DD (if any) : 10th Dec, 2019
- Intimation of Selection : 20th Dec, 2019
- The payment for registration fee is to be made by Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any Nationalised Bank in favour of “Registrar, IIT Guwahati”, payable at Guwahati.
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided to all registered participants.
- Registration fees include, charges for Accommodation, Food (breakfast/lunch/dinner), Course Material etc.
- Guest House accomodation (sharing) will be based on first-cum-first serve basis and subject to availability. In case of unavailaiblity of Guest House accommodation, Hostel Room will be provided.
1. Category I : Participants from TEQIP Mapped Institutes.
This short-term course is open to faculty members and PG/Research Students from TEQIP mapped Institutions/ Engineering Colleges/ ATUs. (TEQIP III Mapped Institutions)
- No Registration Fees. However a refundable (on completion of course) DD of Rs. 5000 to be submitted at the time of sending the application.
- Free Boarding and Lodging.
- Participants from TEQIP III Mapped Institutions should apply for TA reimbursement from their institutions.
2. Category II: Faculty members from Non-TEQIP Mapped Institute (Limited Seats).
- Registration Fee of ₹ 12,000 + 18% GST (Total ₹ 14,160) .
- No additional charges for food and accommodation.
3. Category III: Professionals from Industry and Govt. R & D Organizations (Limited Seats).
- Registration Fees of ₹ 15,000 + 18% GST (Total ₹ 17,700).
- No additional charges for food and accommodation.
4. Category IV: Student / PG Students / Doctoral and Post Doctoral Students from TEQIP Mapped Institute (Limited Seats).
- Registration Fee of ₹ 2,000, Applicable Fee Rs. 2,000 refundable .
- No additional charges for food and accommodation.
5. Category V: Student / PG Students / Doctoral and Post Doctoral Students from Non-TEQIP Mapped Institute (Limited Seats).
- Registration Fees of ₹ 8,000 + 18% GST (Total ₹ 9,440).
- No additional charges for food and accommodation.
