Welcome To Robotics Lab, CSE Department, IITG.
The Robotics Lab at Computer Science Department, IIT Guwahati is headed by Dr. S. B. Nair and Dr. P. K. Das, and it is home to some really enthusiastic researchers in robotics, speech and image processing. The laboratory has various research and under-graduate level projects on the above mentioned topics.
The main areas of research in the Robotics Lab are emotions generation and detection in robots, wireless sensor nodes detection, bio inspired robotic algorithms, robot behaviors and modeling, image processing, speech processing and synthesis etc. In addition to these each year many very noteworthy course projects are also made. Various publications in many well known journals are published each year through the robotics lab.
