The biosatellite design project is an ongoing nanosatellite design initiative by a group of students and teachers of IIT Guwahati.he overall objective of the mission is to support the Human Space Programme (HSP) of ISRO. Manned space flight induces a reduction in immune competence among the crew and is likely to cause deleterious changes to the composition of the gastrointestinal, nasal, and respiratory bacterial flora, leading to an increased risk of infection. Our aim is to understand how these microorganisms behave within this environment.
