Green Office welcomes Clean India campaign

On Oct 2, 2014, Prof. Uppaluri and Dr. Ajay from Green Office, IIT Guwahati have joined and contributed towards the clean India campaign which was organized with charged enthusiasm by the NSS student and faculty volunteers and IITG administration. Green Office wishes to convey its heartfelt wishes to the IITG fraternity for taking efforts and initiatives to keep the campus clean. After cleaning the campus for nearly 2 hours, Prof. Uppaluri joined the awareness campaign hosted by the NSS team where eminent personalities such as Prof. G. Biswas, Hon Director of IITG, Prof. C. Mahanta, Dean Student Affairs have encouraged students to “act� towards the noble mission of keeping IITG campus clean. During the awareness campaign, Prof. Uppaluri conveyed the upcoming activities of Green Office and requested the NSS team and student community to significantly contribute towards the Green Office activities of the campus. <-- back to News & Updates
