The course is divided into two Modules. Interested candidates can participate in either one of the module or both the modules.

1) Module I: State-of-the-art Computational Tools in Science & Engineering (July 9 - July 13, 2018)

Robust, precise and quick numerical analysis of complex systems involving lots of model equations can be accomplished using various computational tools. This module will consist of sessions on applied numerical analysis, applied optimization, computer aided equipment design, computational fluid dynamics and molecular simulation modules. The participants will be given hands on exposure to use of various computational tools.

2) Module II: Recent Advances in Materials, Energy and Environmental Engineering (July 16 - July 20, 2018)

This module will will help in the understanding and modifications of materials, to search for alternative fuels and to keep the environment clean for our needs. This module consists of bio-fuels, gas and coal gasification, polymer science and smart materials, corrosion prevention mechanisms and other advanced topics.
