Project Documentations
Humanoid
Under 4i
Integration of code is completed and the head is fully
functional and working.
The head can maintain eye contact with the concerned person
and talk to the person answering his/her questions like a
normal human.
Can learn about humans it views and later recognize them in
one shot face recognition.
Presented it in Techevince.
Working now on hand and chest of humanoid.
ARLE – Automated Robot for Library Enhancement
Under 4i
ARLE-Mini is fully functional and can map its surrounding.
The actual ARLE is ready with it structure we just need to
shift the mechanism from the small robot to the large one.
Can learn about humans it views and later recognize them in
one shot face recognition.
ARLE-Mini presently uses hectorSLAM for mapping. We plan to
upgrade it to Gmapping which is more robust.
Reformatted the team including new members and removing some
old uninterested people.

Antahsagri
Under 4i
Underwater Vision is perfectly working.
Turbulent water neuro-fuzzy logic controller designed.
Can detect balloons in water and differentiate it on basis
of colour.
Cyrus – The Voice Controlled Robot
Under Club
A 4 wheeled robot which moved on 5 commands given by the
user.
Also used a 2d Radar made using Ultrasonic sensor to detect
obstacles and avoid them.
This robot was stage 1 of a fully functional human
controlled all terrain robot which can move in war and other
regions to supply supplies or also save humans.
The 5 Commands included: Move forwards, Come back, Turn
left, Turn Right and Stop Bot.
The Radar made was very cheap as it was made using only a
UltraSonice Sensor and servo.

Stair Climbing Robot
Under Club
A bot built on Rocker Bogie Mechanism which can climb stairs
while balancing a load in upright position.
The motion was very robust and the bot couldn’t be damaged
easily.
Can be scaled up to make a lot of all-terrain autonomous
robot which can be used to map multi storied building all in
one go.
Scaled up to build a platform to transport items in building
from one level to another
Presently the team is working on making the bot more robust
and hard using harder materials.

Rubix Cube Solver
Under Club
Solved Rubix in a fixed number of steps by learning all of
its faces and then using 5 servos.
The team is the first to do it in the club after 3 attempts
in last 5 years.

3D LIDAR
Under Club
The team made a very cheap version of 3d lidar using
Processing software.
It used two servo and an ultrasonic sensor to make a map of
its surrounding.
The project can be scaled and made faster to make quick maps
even on moving vehicles and can easily replace expensive
LIDAR.
The team is presently working towards increasing accuracy.

Missile Bot
Under Club
A robot which can move and shoot missiles at certain
location marked by GPS.
The bot could learn the trajectory of the projectile and set
the angle of shooting.
Started as a learning experience for actuators and motors.
This bot can be incorporated with all terrain and
voice-controlled bot to make a voice controlled autonomous
shooter.
Can even be used to pump water in fire also.

Project Augmata
Under Club
Used VR Headset and a camera to create a hololens like
experience.
Used Aruco Markers to make 3d objects which user can view in
real world.
This project used the knowledge of stereo vision and make a
robot which can create animation in real world.
Can be used to make tutorials for building or repairing
something.
Useful in making interactive real world where the headset
tells you where to go and how to interact with your
surroundings.
Inspired by Iron-Man’s Helmet.

Ball and Plate Balancing
Under Club
Targeted still as one of the most difficult control projects
this project aimed at making a ball balance at the center of
a plate.
The team wasn’t very successful in building the full robot
but was partially able to do it.
Next time they will perform the same experiment with a
better resistive platform so that’s its faster and better.

Knock Pattern Detector
Under Club
A simple autonomous machine which can detect your knock
pattern and inform user weather he wants to open the door or
not.
Very safe for home and help intruders from entering the
room.
The mechanism was developed with latch and everything.
