Welcome to the home page for the BTech Project Design and Implementation of an Architecture to Control Devices through Internet (July 2002 - May 2003) done by Partho & Kapil. This project forms a part of the bigger Project RobIN being continued at Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. Take a look at What's New in our web. This BTech Project was sponsored by Microsoft Inc. under Microsoft Academic Alliance. Abstract As more and more people get connected to the Internet, devices too need to be connected to and be controlled via the Web. We feel the need for a standardized mechanism by which these devices developed by different manufacturers can be controlled through a single interface. This project aims at developing a standard architecture for connecting and operating a broad spectrum of robots or devices via the Internet. What's NewThe following is a list of recent additions to our web. Whenever we publish a paper, write a specification, submit a status report, or add anything else to our web, we'll put a notice here. Every month we'll remove the oldest items. The most recent changes are listed first, and each item is linked to the page with the updated content. May 26, 2003
