Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IITG) is the sixth of its kind in the country that came into existence in 1994. Since its inception, IITG has been marching ahead in fostering quality education and continuously developing cutting-edge technology in varied areas. IIT Guwahati is now exploring the possibilities of joining hands with industries, philanthropists, and alumni and carrying out collaborative projects in areas of mutual interest.

The Resource Generation and Finance office was formed in 2020 to explore the possibilities of carrying out various collaborations and CSR activities with the well-wisher, alums, philanthropists, and industry partners. Since then, the Resource Generation and Finance office has been working hard to achieve its goal.
