About Daksh Gurukul

India’s first Credit-linked Programme by Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati launched as DAKSH GURUKUL, project by IIT Guwahati & National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) approved by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) and National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET).

The skill development programmes (QPNOS) at Daksh Gurukul would be approved by NCVET and will be updated on the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) so that the students who undergo these programmes through Daksh Gurukul can avail the credit waiver from their respective universities/colleges. This entire process is the part of National Education Policy and is being implemented as per the directions of MoE in various universities across India.
