The manuscript must satisfy the following requirements:
Manuscript must be in English.
The manuscript must follow IEEE two-column format with single-spaced, ten-point font in the text. The maximum length of the manuscript is six A4 pages. All figures, tables, references, etc. are included in the page limit.
All author names along with affiliation and email address must be mentioned in the paper (in the author section) as well as on the EDAS website.
As per the IEEE conference specifications, DO NOT keep page numbers and Key Terms/ Index Terms in your paper.
Hyperlinks should be removed from the URLs mentioned in the references.
Use the sample manuscript for details of formatting style of the paper. The relevant LaTeX style files and MS Word templates can be found from the IEEE site.
Papers must be submitted in pdf format.

IEEE Copyright form must be submitted ONE FORM PER MANUSCRIPT, not per author. Download Copyright Form: NCC-2016 Copyright Form
Please Download the above form and fill the form to completion in all respects.
Please Scan (with appropriate Dots per inch (dpi) for clarity) the Fully Completed and Signed copyright form and convert it to pdf format (ONLY).
Please name your pdf file in the following format: "<Paper_ID_XXXXXXXXXX.pdf>.pdf".For e.g., if your paper ID is 1570223391, then name your file as: Paper_ID_1570223391.pdf

The manuscript must satisfy the following requirements:
A Camera Ready Manuscript MUST COMPLY with all the instructions given above.
No Technical Changes would be allowed in the manuscript without prior permission from the TPC.
Please send the IEEE Copyright Form(s) against your Manuscript(s).
The appropriate copyright clearance code notice must appear on the bottom of the first page (only) of each manuscript according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/Copyright Instructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding. Detailed instructions can be found at: http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/about/documentation/copyright/cfrmlink.htm
For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
For inscribing your copyright clearance code into your manuscript: [In LaTeX] You may copy and paste the appropriate piece of code from the following List into your source code file before the "\maketitle" command in LaTEX. [In other text editors] The Copyright Clearance Code must appear left-aligned, at the bottom of the 1st Column of 1st page ONLY, of your manuscript.
Once the above instructions have been adhered to, the Camera Ready Manuscript must be made IEEE Xplore Compatible by running it through PDF eXpress. Please follow the following steps to generate IEEE Xplore compatible document/manuscript:
Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
Use the IEEE PDF eXpress web site to generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. The site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
After generating an IEEE Xplore compatible manuscript, please click on the link below to submit your manuscript.
