  • Date of Written Test and Interview: June 5 and 6, 2018.

  • List of short listed candidates

  • Candidates should see the `Remark' cell against his/her name in the list of shortlisted candidates, and they must produce the required documents, if any, on the day of written screening test.

  • If you fulfill minimum elligibility criteria but your name is missing in this list of shortlisted candidates, you may contact mathoff@iitg.ernet.in latest by 14th May 2018. Please mention the following sentence in the subject field of the email that you send: "NOT SHORTLISTED".

  • On the day of Written Screening Test, you have to submit self-attested copies of all related documents, and produce corresponding original copies for verification. In case, you fail to produce any of the respective documents or any of such documents are found to be invalid, your candidature for this Written Screening Test and/or Interview will be deemed cancelled.

  • Attention: Please note that the Demand Draft amount, as appeared on your downloaded application form, may be wrong. So, you must bring the Demand Draft for the amount as stated in the call letter.

  • The call letters have already been sent to the shortlisted candidates by email on May 4, 2018 at the email address provided in the application form. If any shortlisted candidate has not received the same, he/she is requested to send an email to mathoff@iitg.ernet.in within May 14, 2018 requesting for the call letter to be sent again. Please mention the following sentence in the subject field of the email that you send: "REQUEST FOR CALL LETTER".

  • Those who are elligible for TA reimbursement should bring original inward journey ticket and a copy of outward journey ticket.
