EEE Department to Host the First IEEE Conference on Medical Engineering and Science (CMES 2027)

The Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, in association with the IEEE Guwahati Subsection, is pleased to announce the first edition of the IEEE Conference on Medical Engineering and Science (CMES 2027). The conference will be held from January 21–23, 2027, at the IIT Guwahati campus, Assam, India.
CMES 2027 aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for academicians, researchers, industry professionals, and research scholars working in the broad domains of Medical Engineering and Science. The conference seeks to foster the exchange of innovative ideas, dissemination of cutting-edge research findings, and collaboration between academia, healthcare professionals, and industry experts.
The conference invites original research contributions in the following thematic tracks:
* Biomedical Signal Processing
* Medical Image Processing
* Medical Devices and Instrumentation
* Speech and Hearing Pathology
* Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation
* Network Medicine
