Information about December 2021 Session PhD Admission

The PhD admission will be solely based on online interviews comprising of the statement of purpose (research proposal) presentation and viva-voce of the candidates. In view of this procedure, the candidates must agree to the Terms and Conditions of online PhD interview. The link with the Terms and Conditions will be emailed to all the shortlisted candidates in the email id provided during online registration. In order to be invited to appear for online interviews, the shortlisted candidates must agree to the terms and conditions and submit the form by 28.11.2021.

All the shortlisted candidates will be interviewed based on their submitted statement of purpose (research proposals) documents. Final selection for the PhD program at CLST will be based on the performance of the candidate in the Statement of Purpose Presentation and Viva-voce, availability of relevant faculty members in the areas of interest of the candidate, and on the consensus of the selection committee.
