  • The paper "Finite Element Modelling of Confined Masonry Wall under In-plane Cyclic Load", published in the Proceedings of the International Conference on Materials, Mechanics and Structures 2020 (ICMMS2020) organized by National Institute of Technology Calicut, India on 14-15 July 2020, has received the Best Paper Award in the theme “Concrete and Masonry Structures”.
  • The paper "Historic Earthquake-Resilient Structures in Nepal and Other Himalayan Regions and Their Seismic Restoration", published in the Earthquake Spectra: Special Issue on the 2015 Gorkha, Nepal, Earthquake, December 2017, has been chosen as the 2019 recipient of the David Fischetti Award presented by the Preservation Engineering Technical Committee (PETC) of the Association for Preservation Technology International (APT), USA.
