Working Principle:The single crystal x-ray diffractometer is equipped with Mo X-ray source (Mova), CCD detector (Eos), Oxford cryo system (80-500K) and crystal AlisPRO software and Autochem software. This instrument is capable of providing information about the internal lattice of crystalline substances, including unit cell dimensions, bond-lengths, bond-angles, and details of site-ordering of single crystal molecule/unit. In this instrument, the data generated from the X-ray analysis is processed though single-crystal refinement, interpreted and refined to obtain the single crystal structure of the compound/molecule.
