I come from a typical middle class marathi family from Pune in Maharashtra, India. We are a closely knit family of Father (Chintamani), Mother (Manisha), younger brother (Ajit), my soulmate (Shraddha) and me.

Apart from computer science, my other interests are literature, elocution, and dramatics. Sometimes I write poems which you can find on my blog. Almost all of them are in marathi.

Vegetarian food and books are my weak points. Sometimes I also love to cook and my wife, Shraddha loves me enough to eat that food.

Spending time with myself is one of my most favorite activity. I try to understand myself, the world around me, and my connection to the world. Swami Vivekananda is my closest friend, philosopher, and guide.

Driving is my another passion. I have driven twice coast-to-coast in USA in my good old Ford Escort 99. Now I ride Honda Unicorn.

I enjoy music, especially in high sound level. Kishore Kumar, Mangeshkars, Corrs, Bryan Adams, Bee Gees, Bhimsen Joshi, Coke Studio, Anup Jalota, Salil Kulkarani, Sudheer and Shridhar Phadke are a few names that imediately come to my mind as favorites. I do not like the concept of casually listening to the music as a side activity.

Photography, stock trading, and Bengali language are the three things that I want to learn. Let's see how it goes.

I am very fortunate to get very good friends and teachers in my school and college. These friends and teachers is the real treasure that I have earned.

I will like to do good research and teaching in Computer Science and Engineering field in the near future.

All in all, for me life is all about being satisfied and making others satisfied.
