- Interface with government ministries and embassies on matters related to collaborations and MoUs and the visits of external students, faculty and researchers to IITG.
- Provide appropriate assistance to students, faculty and researchers of IITG who wish to visit other organizations with whom IITG has agreements of collaboration.
- Assist the institute in matters relating to external relations.
- Assist the institute in all matters related to national and international conferences.
- Provide appropriate assistance to foreign students, visiting scholars, exchange students and interns visiting IITG.
