For the upcoming summer (15th May 2017 - 15th July 2017) the students who are interested to carry out summer intership in our group can work in one of the following areas. The prerequisites for each topic are also mentioned. Note that while applying for the summer internship position please refer the topic number and name in your email subject.

Topic 1: Matlab based GPU Implementation of Finite Element Code
Prerequisites: (MUST) Experience in coding in C
(OPTIONAL) Knowledge of FEM, Matlab, CUDA
Topic 2: Object Oriented Programming of Finite Element Code in Matlab
Prerequisites: (MUST) Experience in coding in C++
(OPTIONAL) Knowledge of FEM, Matlab
Topic 3: Post processing of Finite Element Data in Visualization Softwares
Prerequisites: (MUST) Experience in coding
(OPTIONAL) Knowledge of FEM, Matlab
Topic 4: Simulation of Contact-Impact Problems on Commercial Finite Element Software(s)
Prerequisites: (MUST) Knowledge of Abaqus, Ansys
