1. Syllabus: Chapters 1 -6 of Mathematics for Computer Science, Eric Lehman et al, May 2011 edition (exclude: ZFC Axioms, Halting Problem)
2. Instructions for writing the exam
   • Be brief. Always stick to the size limit specified. Unnecessary verbose, long or complicated answers will be penalized.
   • Keep your rough work separate from your answers.
   • No questions about the problems will be answered during the exam.
