			did my PhD from Indian Statistical Institute, New Delhi, during
			1994-99. I
			did my postdoc at the Department of Mathematics, University of
			Regina, Canda, from Sept 1999 to April 2001. I
			joined the Department of Mathematics, IIT Guwahati, INDIA , in
			June 2001. Currently I serve as a professor. 
			 I
			was a visiting fellow at the Department of Mathematics, University
			of Connecticut, Storrs, June-Aug 2006.
