It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper makes full registration for the conference as a regular participant in order for the paper to appear in the Conference Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program.. The registration fee is the same for all student and non-student participants in the foreign participant category. One full registration is valid for TWO papers.
