# For candidates with M.Tech qualification either B.Tech or M.Tech should be in CSE or related discipline.
* For candidates with B.Tech-CSE or equivalent from any CFTI, GATE score is not mandatory.
There will be a written test for all selected candidates. Based on performance in the written test, a short list of candidates will be called for interview.
Accommodation for Boys is arranged in Umiam Hostel. Accommodation for Girls is arranged in Subansiri Hostel. [Look for "Hostels" in the IITG Campus Map here.] Candidates may also kindly note the following:
(a) You may need to arrange for bedding, pillow etc. and can contact Mr. Rajib 9577313746 / 9085481673; Hemanta: 9085566925; Dul: 9954862926 on payment basis. (b) For food, you may speak to the hostel mess caterers. Mess charges are Rs.30/- for breakfast, Rs.45/- for Lunch and Dinner (with Rs.5/- guest charge). (c) Only the candidate will be provided accommodation. Accompanying persons, if any, cannot be accommodated. Accommodation on multi-sharing basis maybe arranged, subject to the availability of Hostel Seats.
