Working Principle: The Waters Q-Tof Premier equipment basically works on the principle of electrospray ionization (ESI)/Time of flight (Tof) technique. It is applied for determination of Molecular weight (in the form of mass/charge). Liquid samples or powder/solid samples soluble in prescribed solvents at ambient condition are allowed. Samples should be filtered through 0.2 micron pore size membrane filter, samples should be dissolved/miscible in HPLC/MS grade acetonitrile/methanol/2-propanol or mili-Q water.
