Use to determine metal ion concentration using flame mode. Uses air-acetylene or nitrous oxide- acetylene burner. Equipped with vapor generation accessory and electro thermal controller for flameless hydride vapor analysis.

3. BET Surface Area Analyzer

For measuring the surface area and pore size distribution measurement at liquid nitrogen temperature. Important instrument in particle characterization.

4. Chemisorb

Use to measure the percent dispersion, active metal area, Crystallite & quantify acid or base site using pulse chemisorb.

5. Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)

Differential scanning calorimetry can be used to measure a number of characteristic properties of a sample. Using this technique it is possible to observe fusion and crystallization events as well as glass transition temperatures TG   

6. Delsa Nano

Used to measure to Zeta Potential/ Submicron size analysis (0.6 nm to 7.0 Micron) with forward 15 Deg & backscatter 165 Deg.


7. Fourier Transform Infra-Red Spectroscopy (FTIR)

FTIR can be used for identification of functional group in raw material, polymeric films & Qualitative analysis. Use for powdered & liquid samples

8. Gas Chromatograph (GC)

For typical gas chromatography applications with provision for gas as well as liquid injection of samples. Equipped with three detectors viz. TCD (Thermal conductivity detector), ECD (electron capture detector) and FID (Flame ionization detector).

Gas-liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry to identify different substances within a test sample. Applications of GC-MS include drug detection, fire investigation, explosives investigation, and identification of unknown samples.

Measures particle size distribution of suitably dispersed field of particles in the range 0.02 to 2000 micron. Provision for both dry (using air as dispersing media) and wet (using suitable dispersant) Dispersion available.

Equipment is solely designed for freeze drying of solid or liquid products in ampoules, vials or Dishes

15. Millipore Water Synthesis Unit

Used for synthesis of de-ionized water applying RO and EDI technology. Synthesizing grade-1 water with resistivity -18.2, TOC <10ppb and particle <1 (0.22micorns per ml) indispensable for various experimental, reaction and analytical purposes


16. Rheometer

Used for dedicated study of rheological properties of fluids, both Newtonian and Non-Newtonian. Equipped with several measurement geometries like cone-plate, cone-cup, and serrated Cone etc.

17. Spinning Drop Tensiometer

Used to Measure the interfacial tension between two liquids & analyzing video image of a drop in a Rotating capillary upto 10-6 mN/m.


18. Tensiometer

Instrument dedicated to the study of sruface tension & interfacial tenaion Using ring & plate method.  

19. Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer
(Model No.: TG 209 F1 Libra; Make: M/s Netzsch, Germany)
For differential thermo gravimetric studies, SDTA analyses under defined atmosphere (inert or reactive). With temperature programming up to 40 segment runs, furnace temperature up to 11000C and  measurement precision up to 1 microgram.

20. TOC-Analyzer
(Model No.: Aurora 1030 C; Make: M/s O.I. Analytical, USA)     
TOC analyzer is totally automatic system for analyzing aqueous samples for Total Organic Carbon (TOC) and Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC). Using heated per-sulfate oxidation technology, samples containing 2 ppb to 30,000 ppm of organic carbonate analyzed. 

21. UV Vis Spectrophotometer
(Model No.: Lambda 35; Make: M/s PerkinElmer, Switzerland)
Use to determine the absorption/ transmission spectra of the analyte. Different measurement methods like concentration, wave program and time drive method available. Typical application includes concentration measurement.

22. UV Vis Spectrophotometer

UV-2600 can be used for measurement of solar cell Anti-reflective films and polycrystalline silicon wafers.
