Accommodation & Transport

Accommodation will be arranged in IIT Guwahati Guest House, hostels, as well as hotels in the city, if required. Allotments will be made based on availability. On arrival, participants may please contact "Reception Desk" in the main guest house for details of accommodation.

Transport arrangements will be made from the airport & railway station to guest house/ place of accommodation and also to the conference venue and back, only for those who give their travel plans well in advance and receive confirmation by mail.
