Participants are requested to avail IIT Guwahati busses to reach IITG Campus. Busses start from Panbazar, in front of the President Hotel, close to the Institute of Engineers. Otherwise they may hire taxis, auto on their own.
Bus timings from Guwahati City to IITG Campus:
6:45 am, 8:15 am, 10:00 am, 12:00 noon, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 5:15 pm, 6:45 pm, 8:15 pm, 8:45 pm.
How to reach IIT Guwahati: The Institute is located on the outskirts of the city of Guwahati and can be reached conveniently. It is around 20 km from the heart of the city and around 35 min drive from the airport. From the Airport, taxis, prepaid taxis, hired cars are available to reach the Institute. IIT Guwahati also has its own transporation facilities to ply to and fro from IIT Guwahati campus to the Guwahati city which start from Panbazar, in front of the President Hotel, close to the Institution of Engineers, Guwahati city, very near to the Guwahati Railway Station.
